DAY 1: WELCOME TO THE SOUL OF AFRICA
On arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport, our customer care representative will give a brief before you start your safari and then transfer to Arusha.
DAY 2: TRANSFER TO SERENGETI
Depart with picnic lunchboxes for the Serengeti National Park, where you will arrive in time for an afternoon game drive till late in the evening when you check in.
Depending on the time of year you travel, the camp is moved to the area where the migration is happening.
DAY 3: SERENGETI | DISCOVER THE WILD WORLD
You will rise early to enjoy an early morning game drives. At sunrise, you will encounter animals grazing in the beautiful light of sunrise and predators may still be busy hunting before retiring to rest for the day. You have the option to return to your accommodation for a hot lunch or to opt for a packed lunch which can be enjoyed at one of the various picnic sites found in the Serengeti. After lunch, you will continue on a game drive.
Cheetahs can also be spotted on the plains in the early morning and late afternoon when temperatures are not too high. They rely on daylight and speed to catch their prey. Hippo pods can be seen in the bigger pools and rivers while crocodiles can be seen sunning themselves on the riverbanks.
DAY 4: TRANSFER TO MAASAI MARA
After breakfast, you will proceed to Maasai Mara. On arrival at your lodge you will be welcomed with a fresh glass of juice and then lunch.
DAY 5: DISCOVER THE MAASAI MARA | WILDBEEST MIGRATION
Breakfast in the morning will prepare you for game viewing in the famous Masai Mara National reserve. Look out for wildlife – big herds of lions, leopards, elephants, the elusive cheetah, Thomson’s gazelle, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas, topis, spotted hyenas, zebras, baboons and the graceful giraffes. And the fascinating migration of wildebeest from Serengeti to Maasai Mara.
DAY 6: TRANSFER TO NAIROBI
After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch boxes. You will arrive Nairobi later in the evening in time for check in at the Eka Hotel. After freshening up, you will be transferred to the renowned Carnivore Restaurant or Karen Blixen Coffee Gardens for a farewell dinner and back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 7: DEPARTURE
After your breakfast, depending on your departure flight schedule you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for your departure flight back home
