DAY 1 – ARRIVAL TO NAIROBI
Arrive in Nairobi for this amazing safari exploring this beautiful country – Kenya. A representative of Kagera Safaris will be waiting at the airport to welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for overnight.

DAY 2 – NAIROBI CITY TOUR
This full day tour is an excellent way to begin your African safari. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and visit the Karen Blixen Museum, stop by the Giraffe Centre for a close up look at the endangered Rothschild giraffe. Visit the baby elephants and their orphanage.

DAY 3 – TRANSFER TO LAKE NAIVASHA
Depart Nairobi this morning and transfer to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch. Check in, relax and have lunch. After lunch, visit Hells gate for a guided nature walk in the park. There is an option of a boat ride on lake Naivasha at an extra cost . Return to the lodge in the evening.

DAY 4: DAY TRIP TO LAKE NAKURU
After early breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru with packed lunch for a full day tour of the park. Flocks of greater and lesser flamingos are found on this Lake which turns it pink hence the nickname, the pink lake. It is also home to the endangered black and white Rhino, the big cats and other wildlife except the elephants.

DAY 5: DAY TRIP TO HELLS GATE NATIONAL PARK
Hell’s Gate national park has beautiful landscape with numerous numbers of Buffalos, antelopes and a variety of birds. The park is not home to predators making it perfect for walking and cycling tours. There are chances of visiting the thermal plant and enjoy swimming. On your walk/cycling tour, you will visit the famous Hell’s Gate gorge for a nature walk in the gorge.

DAY 6: TRANSFER TO MASAAI MARA
Depart Naivasha this morning and drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival you will check into the lodge, have lunch and brief rest. Later you will take your first thrilling evening game drive in the Maasai Mara game reserve, one of East Africa top safari destinations.

DAY 7 & 8: GAME DRIVES IN MAASAI MARA

On one of the days you have an opportunity to visit a Maasai village for an up close experience with them to learn how they have co-existed with wildlife and join in their dance.

Depending on the season of the travel, you can visit lake Amboseli which might have water to sight some amazing birdlife.

DAY 12: TRANSFER TO TSAVO NATIONAL PARK

DAY 13: GAME DRIVE
