This 12 days Best of Magical Kenya is designed for wildlife enthusiasts. The safari starts with a visit to Ol pejeta conservancy for great outdoors with wildlife – both game drives and walking safaris. You proceed to the wild Samburu national reserve to search for the leopards and views of a different terrain – enjoys interactions with the Samburu people. The tour continues to Maasai mara national reserve, is a huge expanse of breathtaking endless plains and abundant wildlife. Amboseli National park will be the last park offering great game viewing and beautiful views of the iconic Mount Kilimanjaro, world’s tallest free-standing mountain. End the trip in Diani on the Indian Ocean coast of Kenya located 30 kilometers south of Mombasa which is a gorgeous setting for a beach vacation with a backdrop of forests echoing with the cries of wildlife.
Day 1: Arrival to Nairobi
You will arrive in Nairobi for this 2 weeks safari exploring magical Kenya. A representative of Kagera Safaris will be waiting at the airport to welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Ol Pejeta
Today after breakfast, start the drive to the beautiful Ol Pejeta conservancy. Enjoy the views of nature as you drive to this place with a stopover at the Equator monument for photos and souvenir shopping. Take an evening walk after checking in and or relax at the lodge.

Day 3: Game drive & Chimps
Take on a game drive in the morning, enjoy watching the different animals in this beautiful nature habitat. Experience the behind the scenes at the Chimpanzee sanctuary learning about these chimps and their life. Ol Pejeta is an amazing conservation project aimed at providing a sanctuary for primates especially chimpanzees, Rhinos and generate incomes through tourism.

Day 4: Transfer to Samburu
Leave Ol Pejeta for the beautiful Samburu national reserve north of Ol Pejeta. On arrival, have lunch and go on an afternoon game drive. Look out for the African leopard, giraffes, lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, impalas, water bucks, warthogs, Grant’s gazelle, olive baboons and different species of birds.

Day 5: Game drive
Spend the day on a game drive in Samburu national reserve. The game drives will give you an opportunity to look out for wildlife such as the big 5, zebras, beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, giraffes, waterbucks etc. and sighting of beautiful landscape sightings.
Return to the lodge later in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine over dinner as you reminisce on the day’s sightings.

Day 6: Transfer to Maasai Mara
Take a flight from Samburu national reserve to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival you will check into the lodge, have lunch and brief rest. Later you will take an evening game drive in the Maasai Mara game reserve, one of East Africa top safari destinations.

Day 7 & 8: Game drive in Maasai Mara
Take full day game drives in Kenya’s finest wildlife park. The game drives takes us in search of Africa’s big five and other wildlife. Wherever you go in vast Maasai Mara, you will see a lot of wildlife. You will also have an option for a cultural visit to a Maasai village and a ballon safari to explore the park.

Day 9: Transfer to Diani Beach
Take a flight to Mombasa via Nairobi from the Maasai Mara national reserve. Arrive at Diani Beach in the afternoon and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 12: Transfer to Nairobi for Departure Flight
